If You Can’t be Yourself, You’re Nobody!
Every day we open our eyes we get a fresh 24 hours to live that day to the fullest. So many people open their eyes but live those days being someone else, for someone else, and that way of life only satisfies the desires of someone else and not yourself. That’s why I feel the need to express the importance of DOING YOU by any means necessary. If you can’t be yourself, then you’re nobody and who wants to be defined as or around a nobody? Ha Nobody!
I can give you a few good reasons to be yourself above all else. First, be yourself because it is surely the one thing that no one can tell you you‘re doing wrong. Since no one knows you better than you, no one can say they saw somebody doing you better yesterday. You are the Star! Remember that. Second, do you because doing someone else is hard work. It is impossible to be all things to all people. Therefore, trying to replicate someone else’s swag is a drag at best and I am sure you can find better things to do with your time. Be yourself because that’s what The Creator made you to do. You can run but you can never hide from your destiny. Trust you can run all around the world from something the Creator has put on your heart. You can try to trip slip and dip way past the course. However don’t be surprised when you look up one day only to find your travels lead you in one big ole circle, back to whatever you have been working so hard to avoid. If is meant, get behind God’s intent and relent, simple as that. Now you have the free will to do whatever you want, but I contend that you will not be happy until you are doing you. Now is as good a time as any to invest in self and put value to the desires of your heart, mind and spirit. Remember, if you can’t do you then you’re nobody and that is nowhere near where it’s at.
