Struggles in life are nothing new but, that doesn’t making handling them any easier. Dealing with struggle is almost never easy and that’s why people bail when they see it on the horizon. If you truly ever want to know who your real friends are, look around the room when you are at your lowest point and the answers will be crystal clear indeed. Even if you find yourself by yourself. Then, at least you know for sure who you can depend on. Looking at struggle this way when you add on the fact that struggles are necessary, it doesn’t really make one feel better about the struggle. However, this piece is not intended to make you feel better about the struggle. It’s intent is to make you aware of the true Power in the Struggle and how your role is Super Hero in it.

Most times we are totally unaware of the strength that lies inside of us. One can even argue that it lies dormant until struggle rears its ugly ass head and that is what makes struggle a necessity in our world. Struggle builds patience, perseverance and passion because it is difficult. It lets us know exactly how intense our desire is and makes us Man Up to make things happen. When we wake up the day after the struggle, we feel strong and confident that we have what it takes to make it through this day because we survived the last one. In short, the Struggle of Today builds Strength for Tomorrow, which in turns allows us to be BUILT TO LAST. Super Heroes are Built to Last, and so are we only after we have make through the rain. Struggle is the path and Strength is the destination. Knowing this is for real should give you Mental Motivation beyond every struggle.

As always it is my pleasure to bring you another B Cyde Mental Meal to chew on throughout your week. Always Plan to JOIN the JAM Back on the B Cyde w/T Elice and Kymmie K this Saturday at 11am only on the award winning
