Time is Always more Valuable than Money

They say, “Money is the root of all evil.” They say, “Money changes things.” I think it’s safe to say that money is a lot of things and it is also hidden in the crevices of what everyone wants. However, there is one thing on earth that we all get and lose that is more valuable than any one thing that money can buy and that, my friends is TIME. You see, as an author, I can spend $10 on a particular product or service, yet I can sell just one of my books and make that $10 right back in a matter of mere minutes. However, once we lose time, we can never get it back and that, in and of itself demonstrates how valuable time is.

In the grand scheme of things, it takes time to do everything; to learn, to grow, to change and yes it even takes time to make and spend money. We all get the same 24 hours in a day, however, not all of us uses our time, as wisely as we should because we waste time doing trivial things. From the cradle to the grave is OUR TIME to discover and do whatever the Creator has put us here for. We all have a purpose and our time is the continual gift you get from God to find your purpose and work it, simple as that. The ARMY says, “We do more before 5 am than most people do all day.” Now think of how productive our days would be if we handled our time like the Army. My point is, time is easily given and easily wasted but, once gone, it can never be restored. Time is a precious gift and we should utilize every second fulfilling our destiny and dreams. That way when time is up, we can truly rest with no regrets.
