You Cannot Cut Others Because You Have Scars

You Cannot Cut Others Because You Have Scars

There’s a popular saying that goes, “Hurt People, Hurt People” and while this sentiment is true, in the grand scheme of things it’s a piss poor excuse to enact abuse and really other than retaliation has no real use. Can I be frank? Hurt people, hurt people is the coldest *ish in town in my eyes and here is why? Anyone who has ever experienced emotional hurt knows it’s the type of pain that a person of righteous character would never wish on another person. Moreover, it is lame at best to utilize that sentiment as a justifiable cause as to why we have or will hurt someone else.

If you have suffered a fall, it is not cool to go and push someone else down, mainly because you know how it feels to fall. We are only going to get out of this world what we put into it and it certainly is not good enough to use our scars as a reason to cut others. That’s why once we have suffered an emotional hurt we must spend some time with our pain. It is necessary to feel it and through that process, we are able to heal it. Jumping too fast into another situation without reflection and time will have you causing another to lose their mind and only when it is too late will you see your fault in it. I don’t know about you, but I would never want to knowingly or worse, deliberately be the cause of someone else’s pain and my own scars remind me why every time.  Scars are proof that our wounds have healed but when we cut others we shouldn’t be surprised if the sting backfires on us and in time may just create a fresh wound that may take longer to heal because you have taken too long learning the lesson that,  You cannot cut others because You have Scars. Trust me supporting another’s healing is definitely more appealing.
