It has been reported, Federal Officials have reviewed Kwame Kilpatrick’s case, and they have decided not to grant him early release, as of May 26, 2020. It was said, he still remains incarcerated in an Oakdale, Louisiana prison, with a release date of January 2037. Allegedly, The Ebony Foundation released a statement May, 22, 2020, saying Kilpatrick would be granted early release due to Covid 19; but the statement by Federal Officials was to the contrary. It was stated, Kwame Kilpatrick, as of now, will remain incarcerated.
