Earlier today on East 8Mile near Conley street. Warren police chase a suspect after fleeing from a car crash involving another warren police car. In the video the name can be seen fleeing away from police right before firing shots at an officer who was on foot pursuit. The suspect was captured shortly after and taken into custody. A female suspect who was in the car with the man was also taken into custody shortly after
