New Era Detroit has done it again, putting action to what they believe would build a better family, a better community and a better Detroit! 7mile Radio was invited to one of NED’s quarterly Detroit Support Women Entrepreneurship Forum organized by Kiava Stewerr at Good Night Lounge on Detroit’s west side. Let me tell you, I myself didn’t want to leave.
There were numerous venders with a variety of products anywhere from organic skin care to handmade jewelry and astonishing finger foods. Kiava also had 2 panelist Angelique Mills Fashion Stylist & Corporate Sales at Macy’s Summerset and Rebecca Thompson Executive Director of Good Jobs Now and CEO of Rebecca Thompson Consultants. 7mile Radio interviewed each vender giving you all a glimpse on all the wonderful products and how you can support these Entrepreneurs in our video.
The Forum was very informative, openhandedly structuring an outlet for women to be empowered. Empowered to dream, lead their dream and live their dream. It wasn’t your usual forum it was very inviting and everyone was greeted with a love that only family can give or should I say the love the New Era Detroit exemplifies.
Be ready for the next Detroit Support Women Entrepreneurship forum in March. Date time and location will be announced. Kiava you are a Diamond in the Rough!
