At approximately 7:50 AM, 911 receive a call about a person trapped in an overturned car near East 7mile and outerdrive. First responders from Engine 60 arrived, they witnessed three teenagers, two males and one female fleeing from the crashed car and entering another car that took off through the neighborhood.
