President Donald Trump held a rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Saturday. It has been said, that Tulsa is one of the cities where President Trump has the most supporters. Presumably, Trump was expecting a huge turn-out at the rally; but it was rumored, there were empty rows of seats spotted in the crowd. The rally was held at BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At the rally, President Trump gave a speech addressing various issues. During the speech, it was said that Detroit was mentioned. Allegedly, Trump said, “the murder rate in Baltimore and Detroit is higher than El Salvador, Guatemala, or even Afghanistan.”. He then allegedly went on to say, “How are they doing? Are the Democrats running those cities? Your whole country will be like that,”. With those statements, one may presume he is saying the homicide rate has increased because democrats are running the city. What are your thoughts? Reportedly, the homicide rate has increased in Detroit within the last three years. The reports say, there were 261 homicides in 2018, and 273 in 2019, and we are only halfway near the end of 2020.
