An accident occurred on Tuesday, June 23rd, on the corner of 7 mile and Keystone on Detroit’s Eastside. It was reported, an SUV was traveling north on Keystone, and failed to stop at a stop sign; which resulted in hitting a motorcyclist traveling eastbound on 7 mile. The motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital, and later died from his injuries. He has been identified as Corey Roberts. His family has set up a gofundme account to support his burial. Roberts was 27 years old, and leaves behind a 2 year old son. Reportedly, the suspect driving the SUV has been arrested. 7mile Radio was on the scene after the accident, and was able to get some footage.
