Manager of Warren McDonald’s, Disrespects Disabled Customer

There is a video going around on social media, that was allegedly recorded by an employee at the McDonald’s on 9 mile and Van Dyke in Warren, Michigan. The video shows what seems to be the manager of the restaurant, arguing with a disabled customer. It looks as if the manager even threatens to pour a pot of hot coffee on the customer. Reportedly, the incident was about $1.06 change the customer claimed he was owed by the manager. It seems as if the customer was adamant he was owed $1.06, and refused to leave until he was paid. In the video, presumably, the manager called police; when police arrived, the customer was escorted out of the restaurant. Do you think the manager could have handled the matter differently?
