Surveillance cameras nearby the incident, captured footage of a woman thrown to the ground from a bench, according to reports. Reports say, a woman was sitting on a bus stop bench when a garbage truck came along to collect garbage. It was said, while the arm of the garbage truck was grabbing the garbage can next to the bench, it also grabbed the bench and flipped it over. Witnesses say, the woman went flying to the ground, along with her beverage. The woman was identified to us as Nicola Hustleby. According to reports, she is frequently on the same bench on South Avenue in Rochester, New York. Reportedly, Nicola Hustleby filed a police report concerning the incident, but said it took about a month for the city of Rochester to obtain the footage. Here is the footage:
