It was reported to us at around 11:00 pm Friday night, a car crash occurred at the intersection of 7 mile and Van Dyke. 7mile Radio was on the scene for the aftermath of the accident, to gain footage of the scene and speak to witnesses. Witnesses say, the driver of an older model Buick Century, was headed northbound on Van Dyke, and crashed into a pole at 7 mile. The driver was said to have lost consciousness behind the wheel of the vehicle, and that may have been the cause of the crash. It is unknown what lead to the driver presumably losing consciousness. Firefighters and Medics were at the scene, and transported the driver to the hospital. Witnesses describe the driver to be a white female, between the ages of 25 and 30.
