- Private shared rooms (2 occupants per room, same-sex roommates)
- Shared common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry
- Clean, regulated environment with basic furnishings

- Applicants must be 21+ and able to live independently
- Must have verifiable steady income (Social Security, SSI, employment, pension, confirmed subsidy, etc.)
